Welcome to Myosin! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Myosin mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Myosin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You retain all rights to the workout data, custom exercises, routines, habits, and other content you create in Myosin. Your data belongs to you.
By using Myosin, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Myosin and all associated content (including the app design, exercise database, graphics, logos, and code) are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Myosin for your personal, non-commercial use.
Important Health Disclaimer
Myosin is a fitness tracking tool and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided by Myosin is for informational and tracking purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.
Before starting any fitness program, consult with a qualified healthcare provider, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.
By using Myosin, you acknowledge that you exercise at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injuries or health issues that may result from your use of the app.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.
We do not guarantee any specific fitness results from using Myosin. Your results depend on many factors including effort, consistency, nutrition, genetics, and other variables outside our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYOSIN AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Myosin after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Myosin may integrate with third-party services (such as authentication providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Myosin immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Myosin shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Myosin.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Conservás todos los derechos sobre los datos de entrenamiento, ejercicios personalizados, rutinas, hábitos y demás contenido que crees en Myosin. Tus datos te pertenecen.
Al usar Myosin, nos otorgás una licencia limitada, no exclusiva para almacenar, procesar y mostrar tu contenido únicamente con el fin de proveer y mejorar el Servicio.
Myosin y todo su contenido asociado (incluyendo el diseño, base de datos de ejercicios, gráficos, logos y código) son de nuestra propiedad y están protegidos por leyes de propiedad intelectual. Te otorgamos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar Myosin para tu uso personal y no comercial.
Descargo de Responsabilidad de Salud Importante
Myosin es una herramienta de seguimiento de fitness y NO proporciona asesoramiento médico, diagnóstico ni tratamiento. La información proporcionada por Myosin es solo para fines informativos y de seguimiento, y no debe reemplazar el asesoramiento médico profesional.
Antes de comenzar cualquier programa de fitness, consultá con un profesional de salud calificado, especialmente si tenés condiciones médicas preexistentes, lesiones o preocupaciones.
Al usar Myosin, reconocés que hacés ejercicio bajo tu propio riesgo y asumís total responsabilidad por cualquier lesión o problema de salud que pueda resultar del uso de la app.
El Servicio se proporciona “TAL CUAL” y “SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD” sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos resultados específicos de fitness por usar Myosin.
EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, MYOSIN Y SUS DESARROLLADORES NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES, CONSECUENTES O PUNITIVOS. Nuestra responsabilidad total no excederá el monto que nos hayas pagado en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo, o USD $100, lo que sea mayor.
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, suspender o descontinuar cualquier parte del Servicio en cualquier momento. Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. Tu uso continuado de Myosin después de que los cambios entren en vigencia constituye aceptación de los Términos revisados.
Myosin puede integrarse con servicios de terceros (como proveedores de autenticación). No somos responsables del contenido, políticas de privacidad o prácticas de terceros.
Podemos terminar o suspender tu acceso a Myosin inmediatamente, sin previo aviso, si incumplís estos Términos. Al terminar, tu derecho a usar el Servicio cesará inmediatamente y podemos eliminar tu cuenta y datos de acuerdo con nuestra Política de Privacidad.
Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de conformidad con las leyes de la República Argentina. Cualquier disputa que surja de estos Términos o del uso de Myosin se resolverá mediante negociaciones de buena fe. Si las negociaciones fallan, las disputas se someterán a los tribunales competentes de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Estos Términos, junto con nuestra Política de Privacidad, constituyen el acuerdo completo entre vos y Myosin.
Si alguna disposición de estos Términos es declarada inválida o inaplicable, las disposiciones restantes seguirán vigentes.
Nuestra falta de aplicación de cualquier derecho o disposición de estos Términos no constituirá una renuncia a ese derecho o disposición.
